Commitment to sustainable development, environmentally, socially and economically remains strong.
Fuji Xerox Australia today released its 2016 sustainability report. The report details the company’s approach and success in delivering sustainable practices over the 2015 and 2016 financial years.
This is Fuji Xerox Australia’s 11th sustainability report and second one aligned to the Global Reporting Initiative’s (GRI) G4 Core guidelines. The report is available at www.fujixerox.com.au/sustainability/2016/
Fuji Xerox Australia’s commitment to sustainable development, environmentally, socially and economically remains strong. It is led by Fuji Xerox Co Ltd, a United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) LEAD company since 2010, and signatory to the UNGC since 2002.
In March 2017, it was announced that Fuji Xerox has joined the Corporate Action Group formed by the UNGC and the GRI, which will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate reporting on the Sustainable Development Goals.
As a first step in exploring where Fuji Xerox Australia can have the greatest impact, the 2016 report maps connections to its material environmental, social and economic topics and related GRI indicators. In the year ahead we look forward to hearing more on priority business disclosures and best practise for reporting on the Sustainable Development Goals.
